Yogravel — The Healing Zen sells online services, not physical products. Nothing is shipped to you — the Certified Face Yoga Workshop is delivered live over the internet.
1. What You Receive
- 6 live sessions on Zoom, 75 minutes each, on consecutive days, Monday to Saturday.
- Notes to keep, shared digitally.
- A certificate on completing the workshop, shared digitally.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Immediately after payment: an on-screen confirmation, and a payment receipt emailed to you by Razorpay.
- Within 1 working day of payment: we contact you on WhatsApp to confirm the batch dates you will join.
- Before day one of your batch: we send the Zoom joining link to your WhatsApp number and email.
- Within 7 days of the final session: your certificate and notes are sent to you digitally.
3. If Something Doesn't Arrive
If you haven't heard from us within 1 working day of paying, or your Zoom link hasn't arrived 30 minutes before a session, check your spam folder and then message us on WhatsApp at 9000961604. If we are unable to deliver the workshop, you are refunded under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
