Yogravel by Healing Zen sells services, not physical products. Nothing is shipped by post or courier. This page sets out how the services you book are delivered to you — sometimes called a "Shipping Policy" by payment gateways.
1. Offline (In-Studio) Sessions
- Delivered at our studio: 325 Guru Gobind Singh Avenue, Jalandhar, Punjab 144001, India.
- Your booking confirms a specific date and time slot. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start.
2. Online Sessions
- Delivered over a video link (Google Meet or Zoom). The link is emailed to you at least 1 hour before the session starts, and again 15 minutes before as a reminder.
- If the link hasn't arrived 30 minutes before, check your spam folder and WhatsApp 9000961604.
3. Pranic Healing & Numerology Consultations
Delivered in the format you select at booking — either in person at our studio, or online via the timeline above.
4. Confirmation & Reminders
- Within a few minutes of payment you'll receive a booking confirmation by email and (where provided) WhatsApp.
- Automated reminders are sent 24 hours and 1 hour before.
5. If Something Goes Wrong
If the confirmation doesn't arrive within an hour of payment, or you need help joining a session, contact us immediately so we can resolve it before the slot. Refunds for sessions we cannot deliver are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. No Physical Shipping
We don't ship physical goods. If we ever add merchandise or equipment, this page will be updated with delivery timelines and regions.
