This policy applies to purchases made on this website from Yogravel — The Healing Zen, currently the Certified Face Yoga Workshop (₹3,500), a 6-day workshop delivered live online.
1. Cancellation by You
- At least 48 hours before your batch begins, or before a batch has been assigned to you: full refund of the amount paid.
- Less than 48 hours before your batch begins: no refund, but you may move, once and at no extra cost, to any later batch of the same workshop.
- After your batch has begun: no refund. If you are unable to attend part of the workshop, please tell us and we will do our best to help you catch up.
2. Cancellation by Us
If we cancel or postpone a batch you are booked on and cannot offer you a later batch that suits you, we will refund the full amount you paid.
3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
Message us on WhatsApp at 9000961604 or email sapnayogravel@gmail.com with your name, the phone number or email you paid with, and your Razorpay payment ID (it is in the receipt Razorpay emails you). We acknowledge every request within 2 working days.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through our payment partner, Razorpay, and are initiated within 5 working days of approval. Once initiated, UPI and wallet refunds usually reflect within 2–3 working days, and card and net-banking refunds within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
5. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If money was debited but your registration was not confirmed, or you were charged twice for the same registration, contact us with the payment ID and we will refund the unintended amount in full.
