- Payment information — entered directly into Razorpay's secure checkout. We never see or store full card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs.
- Health information — anything you share so your instructor can practise safely with you. Treated as sensitive personal data and not shared outside the studio team.
- Usage data — basic browser and page-view information for analytics and security.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To confirm and manage your bookings and sessions.
- To send booking confirmations, session reminders, and updates.
- To process refunds, respond to support queries, issue receipts.
- To improve our website, services, and class offerings.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
3. Who We Share Information With
We don't sell your data. Service providers we use:
- Razorpay — to process online payments and refunds.
- Supabase — secure cloud database hosting bookings.
- Resend — to deliver confirmation and reminder emails.
- Government authorities, when required by law.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences (e.g. dark mode), and run basic analytics. No cross-site advertising cookies.
5. Data Retention
Booking records and invoices are kept as long as needed for legal and tax obligations (typically up to 8 years in India). You can ask us to delete account data that is no longer legally required.

- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is inaccurate.
- Request deletion of non-required data.
- Unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails any time.
